• 1. This prize draw is open to business customers of NESCAFÈ &GO in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  • 2. To enter the monthly prize draw you must enter your details as specified on www.nescafe-go.co.uk.
  • 3. One entry per person.
  • 4. The monthly prize draw winner will be drawn at random from the retailers listed on the app at that time. The draw will take place on the last day of each month at midnight during the promotional period which shall end on 31/12/11.
  • 5. Competition may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the promoter.
  • 6. There are no restrictions on the number of prizes each entrant can win.
  • 7. The monthly prize draw prize will consist of: 1 x case of NESCAFÉ &GO stock (5 sleeves each of GOLD BLEND White, Cappuccino, AERO).
  • 8. To enter the main prize draw you must enter your details as specified on www.nescafe-go.co.uk.
  • 9. The closing date for the main prize draw is midnight 15/12/11.
  • 10. The main prize draw prize will consist of: 1 x NESCAFE Alegria A510 800ml coffee machine & 1 x case of 12 NESCAFE Alegria A510 115g coffee cartridges.
  • 11. The prize may not be transferred to any other person.
  • 12. Entries to the prize draw found without a valid email will count as a false or deceptive entry and will be void.
  • 13. Any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds of winning will count as a false or deceptive entry and will be void.
  • 14. No responsibility is accepted by Nestlé for any incomplete or inaccurate entries or for matters beyond its control.
  • 15. Winners will be selected at random by computer.
  • 16. The decision of the selected winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • 18. The winners of the prize draws will be notified within 72hrs of the prize draw close date by email when appropriate arrangements for delivery will be made.
  • 19. The prize must be claimed within one week of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
  • 20. By participating in this prize draw, you grant the promoters permission to use your name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations.
  • 21. Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.
